Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once delivery is completed.
- No refunds will be issued after an order has been delivered or confirmed.
- Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the purchased product.

Warranty Policy

Replacement & Exchange
If a product becomes unusable within the warranty period which is 1 month for 1 year plans, 7 Days for 1 month plans and a replacement cannot be provided, customers may choose one alternative product from our website, what qualifies as an alternative product is the price equivalent on the store.
Exchanges or replacements are only possible if we fail to deliver the original product. Products used for any period of time cannot be exchanged or replaced beyond the warranty period.
